TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENTThis agreement outlines the terms for commissioning artwork from the artist. By proceeding with a commission, the client agrees to the following:1. Engagement
Client Responsibilities: Provide clear requirements, expectations, and references before work begins.
Permissions: Client grants the artist non-exclusive rights to replicate client-provided designs or references and warrants all materials are legally authorized for use.
Authority: The client confirms they are authorized to enter this agreement and will act as the sole decision-maker.
Artist Responsibilities: The artist will create original work, use licensed materials/tools, and reserves the right to decline commissions.
Proposal: Scope, pricing, and deliverables are detailed by the artist in a format of their choice (e.g., email or messages). Work begins after client approval.2. Timeline and Process
Completion: Typically takes 3–15 days but may extend up to 1–3 months based on complexity.
Updates: Progress updates will be shared, and delays will be communicated.
Delays: Any extension beyond 3 months requires client approval. Refunds may be requested if deadlines are missed without agreement.
Delivery: Final files are shared via email, Google Drive, or similar tools.3. Revisions
Allowed Revisions: One revision per stage; after line art, only minor changes are permitted unless due to artist error.
Excessive Revisions: May incur extra charges and affect timelines.4. Communication
Channels: Preferred methods include email, Discord, Messenger, or Twitter DMs.
Response Time: Artist responses may take up to 1–2 weeks for substantial updates.5. Rights & Usage
a. Artist Rights
Retains copyright and the right to showcase artwork in portfolios, on social media, or for promotional purposes.b. Client Rights
Granted exclusive, non-transferable personal-use rights (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints).
Must credit the artist when displaying artwork and refrain from edits without permission.c. Commercial Rights
Not included unless specified. Commercial usage includes monetized use (e.g., streams, merchandise).
Additional charges apply for commercial rights (typically 2x the cost).
Use for AI tools, NFTs, or blockchain purposes is strictly prohibited.6. Payments & Fees
Payment Terms: Full payment or a 50% deposit after sketch approval. Remaining 50% is due after previewing the final piece.
Invoices: Issued before work starts and must be paid within one week.
Currency: Prices in USD or MYR (Malaysians only) via bank transfer, PayPal (soon will be not use), Stripe, or Wise (open on end of January 2025).
Digital Deliverables: No physical goods will be shipped.7. Cancellation & Refunds
Client Cancellation: Refund eligibility depends on timing—50% forfeited if canceled within 2 days of the start; partial to full refunds may apply with more notice.
Artist-Initiated Refunds: Full or partial refunds apply if the artist cannot complete the work.8. Confidentiality
All non-public materials or information shared between parties will remain confidential unless written permission is granted.9. Indemnification
Clients are responsible for claims or damages arising from artwork usage. The artist will work to resolve any disputes.10. Acceptance
Clients confirm they are 18+ and legally able to agree. The agreement is effective upon the first inquiry or payment.Note: Businesses or groups should contact the artist for detailed arrangements.
Here’s how the commission process works:• Request Submission: Reach out through my social media to notify me about your request and discuss pricing.
• Acceptance or Refusal: Once accepted, clients are encouraged (but not required) to fill out a form for smoother management.
• Art Process Begins: I’ll start working on the piece and confirm with you if any adjustments are needed.
• Payment: Clients can make full payment or a 50% deposit after receiving a sketch/draft.
• Art Process Continues: Completion typically takes *3–15 days. Updates and WIPs (Work in Progress) are available upon request.
• Final Delivery: Once finished, clients who opted for a 50% deposit pay the remaining balance after reviewing a preview. The final high-resolution artwork will be sent via email or Google Drive after full payment.Additional Notes:Completion time may vary depending on the artwork's complexity, Malaysian holidays, or personal commitments.Orders can be placed through Facebook Messenger, Discord DMs, Twitter DMs, or email (preferred).Commission slots and progress are publicly tracked and can be viewed here:
Base Prices:• B&W or Grayscale: $20 per character
• Full Color: $50 per characterAdditional Characters:
• Extra characters are $10 (B&W) or $20 (color) each.Background:

• $10 ~ $20 (depends on the complexity)Once we agree on the total price, I’ll need a 50% deposit before I begin the sketch. The final 50% will be due once the work is complete. You may pay 100% of the payment if you wanted.Price may varies depends on the complexity of the request.No Size/Part Restrictions:There’s no specific paper size or body parts limitations with my commissions. I’m flexible on this, so we can chat and see what works best for your vision!P/S: I am still using an old laptop for this commission. So, even if I said no restriction on size, I can't do very 720HD to 4K resolution yet.
